What i Do

All About Me

I am Joyce Jones, wife, mother, ma-ma, sister, auntie, cousin and friend.  My various roles in life are similar to the multiple skill sets I possess as a business and management consultant.  I have over 25 years experience in multiple administrative business processes and tax preparer services. I put myself through school while working one and two full-time jobs and maintaining my family. I am confident that any job I take on will receive exceptional service and results. I gained knowledge and experience primarily working at the Internal Revenue Service for over 15 years and University of Pennsylvania for over 20+ years. In addition, I worked  as a teacher, credit card collector, and several other customer service positions that enhanced my skill and knowledge.  Now I am taking all of those skills and working for myself doing the administrative business tasks that I enjoy.

My Experience

I have over 25 years of experience in tax preparer services, business management, operations and tutoring just to name a few. I am highly skilled in loan signing, bookkeeping, payroll, and purchase order management. I have a passion for completing various tasks with precise attention to detail. I have a phenomenal work ethic and I pride myself on doing every task, proficiently and prompt.

Joyce's Approach

My services cater to  individuals and companies of various types in need of dispatching, administrative, notary/loan signing,  tax preparer services and global logistics & international trade. I create and critique resumes/cover letters and flyers.  I work to educate and incorporate the concepts of financial literacy to teens and adults.  I am a Lyft driver and a tutor of all ages.  I have a vast amount of skill and knowledge and I enjoy working as a business professional.

If you are seeking an honest, hardworking, detail oriented, business specialist you have reached the right person.  Born, raised and educated right here in my hometown, Philadelphia, PA.  I have obtained my Associates in General Studies from the Community College of Philadelphia, Bachelors of Science in Education from Temple University and MBA in Project Management from Strayer University.  In addition, I have acquired my certification from Good Energy Worldwide/ Dispatch Mastery Course, and the Loan Signing System as a Loan Signing Agent.  I also completed the Global Logistics & International  Trade course certificate from Agate Solutions, LLC. I am confident my education, experience and work ethic will prove I am able to handle any assignment I take on.
